Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- Capacity to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to complete required training and certification programs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to work in varying temperature and conditions

Job Duties
- Prepare all food according to recipe requirements and plate presentation guidelines
- Maintain portion and waste control using systems standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Monitor and manage kitchen equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with front of house and other team members
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
