Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months cooking experience in any setting or completion of approved culinary certification training program
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments professionally and respectfully
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Prepares, measures ingredients and cooks food in accordance with established recipes production records and applicable standards
- Reads food order tickets or receives verbal instructions and prepares food according to instructions
- Prepares food and serves customers in a made to order setting including grill station
- Prepares food following federal state and corporate food safety and sanitation standards
- Operates and maintains departmental equipment safely and efficiently
- Cleans and sanitizes workstation and equipment
- Works safely to avoid injury and reports unsafe conditions accidents and injuries immediately
