Job Requirements
- Must be a certified cook with ServSafe or equivalent safe food handling certification
- experience cooking in a professional setting
- ability to read, write and comprehend standard English
- ability to work in standing position for long periods
- ability to stretch, bend, walk, stoop and reach repetitively
- ability to work in hot, cold or wet areas
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to push loaded carts weighing up to 350 lbs
- ability to adjust to fluctuating workload and schedule
- ability to conform to dress code and maintain good personal grooming habits
- ability to adjust to fluctuating workload and work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays and overtime

Job Duties
- Set up service lines
- pre-plate foods
- prepare meals
- cook various dishes
- work grill, omelet, and stir fry stations
- assist customers during service times
- follow standardized recipes
- review menus, production sheets, recipes and tallied items to verify daily needs
- bake, roast, grill, boil and steam meat, fish, vegetables and other foods
- clean, peel, cut, slice, dice, weigh and measure ingredients
- plate and garnish food for attractive presentation
