Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion controls
- Inspect food prep and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
