Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) Corazón is a respected client-centered treatment center located in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to providing culturally inclusive and comprehensive substance abuse services. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Food handler’s card
- AZ fingerprint clearance card
- Experience in commercial kitchen setting
- Commitment to working with diverse populations
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
- Availability to work on-call including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and purchasing
- Experience preparing meals for large groups
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily food service operations
- Plan and prepare nutritious menus
- Ensure meal quality supports client health and program goals
- Manage food purchasing and inventory
- Coordinate community food donation pickups
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Train and supervise kitchen support staff
