Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year cooking experience in hotel or restaurant
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Availability to work day shift with every other weekend

- Ability to follow directions and work unsupervised in a restaurant style facility
Job Duties
- Prepares required amount of food to cover meals
- Consistently follows recipes when preparing food
- Frequently tastes food for quality assurance
- Takes temperatures daily following local and state codes
- Stores and labels food properly
- Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedule
- Demonstrates five-star standards with staff, patients and customers
