- willingness to work part-time hours including every other weekend
- ability to follow instructions and perform routine cleaning
- capacity to work under supervision
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
- ability to stand for extended periods
- effective communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of patient food services including meal preparation for patients and their families
- execute cafeteria food services and cater events as assigned
- adhere to departmental cleaning routines maintaining kitchen and equipment sanitation
- prepare and present meals ensuring quality and customer service excellence
- follow supervisor instructions and comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist dietary aides in meal execution and other special food service tasks
- maintain continuous communication with Nutrition and Food Services leadership regarding operational needs
