Job Requirements

  • Dependable with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in airport or travel-related food service settings
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to recipes portion standards and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure all food is made with attention to quality freshness and safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
  • Follow all health sanitation and safety procedures including proper food handling and storage
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to meet service demands
  • Restock and rotate food supplies as needed throughout the shift
  • Communicate any equipment or food supply concerns to the supervisor promptly
  • Support opening and closing kitchen duties including cleaning and preparation tasks
