Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in related food service position preferred
- Food Handler’s Card or certification may be required according to local or state regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Job Duties
- Correctly prepare all foods served following standard recipes, working on several different orders simultaneously
- Restock food items and kitchen supplies
- Store and rotate food properly and safely
- Operate cooking equipment such as flat grills, char broiler, fryer, slicer
- Comply with all established standards including personal safety, food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform
- Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques
- Keep work area neat and clean at all times
- Clean and maintain equipment, cooking surfaces and utensils used in food preparation
