Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years cooking experience or culinary training
- Availability to work full-time day shift from 11 AM to 7:30 PM
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and reliable with ability to keep up in high volume kitchen
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Basic knife skills and cooking methods including sauté and grill
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years cooking experience or culinary training
- Preferable experience in hospitality, hospital, or healthcare setting
- 3-5 years hotel experience
- ServSafe certificate
Job Duties
- Prepare patient meals accurately and timely
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Maintain a clean and tidy work station
- Handle questions and inquiries professionally and courteously
- Assist in other kitchen areas based on staffing and patient volume
- Operate commercial cooking equipment
- Follow kitchen sanitation and safety standards
