Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand sufficient English to perform the requirements of the position
- one year experience in quantity food production in a restaurant or institutional environment
- demonstrated competency regarding food preparation and service
- working knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations
- obtain San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire or transfer
- ability to perform essential physical job requirements
- experience with quantity food preparation equipment
