Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and understand sufficient English to perform the requirements of the position
  • one year experience in quantity food production in a restaurant or institutional environment
  • demonstrated competency regarding food preparation and service
  • working knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations
  • obtain San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire or transfer
  • ability to perform essential physical job requirements
  • experience with quantity food preparation equipment
