Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate food service equipment
- knowledge of weights and measures
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- successful completion of chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test
- successful completion of background check
- willingness to work mandatory overtime

Job Duties
- prepare and serve clients and employee meals in cafeteria settings
- maintain sanitation in all areas of the dietary department
- put up stock as it arrives in the department
- assist in inventory control
- participate in continuous quality improvement monitoring
- function as a supervisor in the absence of the food service supervisor
- assist with dish service sanitation and disposal of trash
- serve diets according to manual menu set by facility
- perform related duties as assigned
- work mandatory overtime as required
