Job Requirements

Minimum one year of prep/line cooking experience
Safe Serve certification or DOH accreditation
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of prep or line cook experience in a high-volume café or similar setting
Safe Serve certification or Department of Health accreditation
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work under high stress and fast-paced conditions

Job Duties

Prepare, cook and assemble food products following standard recipes and special diet orders
Ensure food preparation meets established quantity, quality, and hygiene standards
Work efficiently to achieve food ticket times within 10 minutes
Pre-pack ingredients in anticipation of peak trade periods
Maintain clean and hygienic workstations and kitchen equipment
Communicate effectively with front and back-of-house teams for seamless service
Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to management promptly
