Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Must comply with COVID-19 and other communicable disease safety protocols per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional food experiences
- Prior experience working with senior living or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen team to develop seasonal menus
- Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
- Interact positively with residents and guests, building personal connections
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
