Job Requirements
- Ability to perform the physical demands: on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Able to commute to and from Surprise, AZ
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- ServSafe food handlers or manager card
Job Qualifications
- Self-motivated and passionate about cooking
- Strong creativity and interest in building healthy meals with lots of flavor
- Ability to follow recipes and adjust recipes as needed
- Professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
- At least 1 year experience cooking in a professional kitchen
Job Duties
- Cross-train and work all stations: food prep, grab/go prep, and a la carte production
- Receive and store grocery orders (must be able to lift up to 50#)
- Uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen at all times
- Provide professional service to all guests to include players, coaches, executives and team support staff
