Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years cooking experience
- valid Food Handlers card
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- availability to work mornings and weekends
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
- valid Food Handlers card
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast meals for residents and restaurant service
- perform food preparation and cooking for lunch duties
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- collaborate with culinary team to meet meal preparation schedules
- handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist in inventory management and food stock rotation
