Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold menu items including grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menu cycle and standardized recipes
- Taste and prepare food to assess quality and palatability
- Maintain food handling safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meal service runs smoothly
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
