- ability to work on holidays and weekends
- mandatory overtime availability

Job Duties
- prepare family-style meals for patients
- follow prescribed diets as determined by the treatment team and certified dietician
- assist in serving meals and cleaning up after meals
- convert recipes into large-scale meal preparations
- provide input regarding weekly food orders
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation and serving areas
- perform other related duties as assigned
