Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday morning shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy kitchen items
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations
  • Commitment to safe work practices including use of PPE
  • Ability to follow recipes and food service guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Previous breakfast and production cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to prepare food in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Knowledge of portion control and food presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery ensuring correct portioning and proper temperature
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Store or discard excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
