Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required or 5 years of relatable life and/or work experience
- prior cooking experience preferably in a high volume setting
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets while recording daily food preparation amounts and usages to include special diets
- prepare hot and cold food working with a basic standardized recipe system
- record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures
- assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas
- all other duties as assigned by management
