Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years cooking experience or culinary training
- availability to work full-time evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of kitchen sanitation
- capable of basic knife skills, sauté, and grilling methods
- energetic and reliable in a high-volume kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years cooking experience or Culinary Training
- preferable experience in hospitality, a hospital or healthcare setting
- Serv-safe certificate
Job Duties
- Accurately prepare patient meals in a timely manner
- provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- maintain a clean and tidy work station
- handle all questions and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- assist in other areas as needed based on staffing and patient flow
- operate commercial cooking equipment
