- prepare classic menu items including italian beef, burgers, hot dogs, and fries
- prepare fresh vegetables and sauces following recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen station
- work as a team player to support team members and guests

- monitor and maintain proper portion control and food levels
