Job Requirements

ability to read write and speak English
ability to understand oral and written instructions
ability to do simple arithmetic
one year experience in food production and cooking
experience including culinary school acceptable
experience in hospitals and multi-site facilities preferred

Job Qualifications

high school graduate or equivalent
vocational or on-the-job training in cooking
knowledge of quantity and batch cooking methods
experience in food production and cooking in demanding schedules
cooking experience in hospitals and multi-site facilities preferred
computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory systems preferred
