Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • manage a specific station on the line during service, ensuring timely and efficient food production during peak hours
  • assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring, to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • monitor the freshness and quality of all ingredients, reporting any issues to the kitchen management promptly
  • maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed
  • work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food production and communicate effectively during busy service periods
  • contribute to menu development by providing feedback on recipes, techniques, and seasonal ingredients
  • assist with inventory counts and stock rotation, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and labeled
  • be flexible and willing to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed, including prep work and cleaning
  • stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth in the kitchen
