Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in culinary arts
  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the culinary team including the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management when needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
