Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in culinary arts
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work closely with the culinary team including the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management when needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
