Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- at least one year of professional experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

Job Duties
- collaborate with the chef and kitchen manager to assist with food preparation and presentation

- cut, trim, carve, and bone meats and poultry for cooking
- prepare food according to recipes
- maintain cleanliness and stock lines for the next day
- work with other personnel to prepare, cook, and serve various foods
- adhere to food safety and personal hygiene standards
