Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with the dining team to plan and execute menus that cater to residents preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with training and mentoring kitchen staff
