Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- high school completion or equivalent required
- food handler certification required or willing to obtain
- at least 2 to 3 years of high volume experience preferred
- ability to read write comprehend and speak english
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations including addition subtraction multiplication and division
- demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of food items to standard in a high volume fast paced operation
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- departmental property and company policies and standards
- available to work required schedule which may include nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed
- this position requires working in a fast paced environment that is subject to varying levels of noise and crowds
- physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push pull carry and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- possess intermediate knife skills including dicing chopping slicing with various knife tools
- maintain current and accurate information regarding food items including preparation techniques seasonings ingredients
- employ proper cooking methods cook to specifications and handle store and rotate food properly according to established health and safety standards
- wipe counter areas sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation
- maintain par levels of operating supplies and food product for each workstation obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with department processes and procedures
- operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
- provide personalized service and use guests names when possible
