Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- educate servers and residents about the dishes and preparations
- assist the Dining Services Director in team building and culinary training
- develop personal relationships with team members and residents
- ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and kitchen safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- participate in weekend and holiday shifts as required
