Job Requirements
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Six months restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs periodically
- Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and walk
- Must be able to work with all menu items

Job Duties
- Prepare guest selections following recipes and brand standards
- Present food attractively on plates
- Honor guest requests for special orders
- Correctly call the kitchen order wheel
- Clean and complete side work
- Organize supplies as required
- Monitor waste and food cost controls
- Assist other team members willingly
- Provide total guest satisfaction
