Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and ensure food quality and freshness
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently
- Follow recipes and menu specifications for scratch-made Texas dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to comply with health regulations
- Assist with inventory management and storage of ingredients and supplies
