Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Two years food preparation experience
- Food handlers certification
- Ability to operate oven, steam cookers, meat slicer, deep fat fryer and grill
- Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime
- Basic writing and math skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes
- Follow instructions of executive chef or sous chef
- Operate kitchen equipment including oven, steam cookers, meat slicer, deep fat fryer and grill
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
- Assist in high volume food preparation
- Comply with safety and health regulations
- Communicate effectively through writing and report composition
