Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in food service, food safety, and customer service
- ServSafe or Food Handlers certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have open availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in high temperature environments
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in food service, food safety, and customer service
- Experience cooking multiple types of cuisine
- Experience in batch cooking and cooking for a hot line
- ServSafe or Food Handlers certification
- Ability to work and present well in an open kitchen environment
- Ability to work successfully alone and on a small team
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and general culinary skills including knife cuts, basic cooking techniques, proper food handling and storage
- Ability to follow recipes as needed as well as produce without recipes
- Willingness to help others and a desire to learn
- Adaptable and able to work successfully under changing circumstances
- Confidence in work, professional demeanor, and a service first attitude
- Ability to perform physical demands including standing for long hours, lifting 50 pounds, and working in high temperature conditions
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- A working knowledge of baseball is helpful
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Job Duties
- Cross-train and work all stations including food prep, grab-go prep, and a la carte production
- Receive and store grocery orders with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Provide professional service to all guests including players, coaches, executives, and team support staff
