Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years experience in a cook position
- possession of a current Oklahoma Driver's License
- possession and maintenance of a current Food Handlers permit
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to perform cleaning and food preparation duties
- regular and predictable attendance
- willingness to perform job-related travel
- ability to meet performance evaluation standards
Job Qualifications

- minimum two years experience in cook position
- knowledge of food storage and preparation practices
- knowledge of safety and sanitation principles
- skill in cooking meats and vegetables
- ability to follow oral and written instructions

- experienced in handling co-occurring disorders contexts
Job Duties
- prepare and serve food for regular and modified diets
- maintain a clean and sanitary food preparation and serving area
- assist with setting up tables and chairs
- coordinate number of clients to be served meals
- make coffee, drinks, and snacks for groups
- assist with ordering, receiving, and storing kitchen goods and cleaning supplies
- receive and store food, assist with serving modified diets
- work with nutritionist on meal planning
- maintain inventory of food and kitchen equipment
- operate dishwashing machinery and clean kitchen areas
- gather, clean, stack, and wash dishes and silverware
- organize storage area and food storage room
- clean and defrost freezers and refrigerators
- adhere to safety policies and maintenance schedules
- assist with pickup, storage and distribution of food bank items
- participate in staff meetings
- perform all job-related travel as required
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
- meet performance expectations
- promote CCBHC concept and services
