Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work 8-12 hour shifts including early mornings and late nights
- ability to obtain Food Handler's permit and/or Foodservice Sanitation Certification as required by local laws
- punctual reliable attendance
- willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe using kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare various food items
- follows measurement charts to ensure consistent and quality products
- bakes fries and microwaves main dishes and cooks or heats other food items
- observes and tests cooking by using sensory techniques to ensure proper cooking
- washes peels cuts dices and shreds vegetables and fruits
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas and utensils
- monitors thermostat controls of kitchen equipment and reports malfunctions
- records product usage and waste on charts
- operates dishwasher
- delivers clean plates utensils glasses to service areas
