Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar cooking role
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- availability to work flexible hours
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to follow recipes and portion control
- certification in food handling is a plus

Job Duties
- prepare high volume hot and cold food items from raw ingredients
- produce daily menu in appropriate batch sizes
- set up and operate cook to order display stations
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure food presentation and quality
- uphold cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas
- provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
