Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed
- Ascend or descend stairs regularly
- Ability to reach and grasp objects above head and below waistline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to clean and maintain restaurant areas including tables and floors
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook chicken finger meals according to Raising Cane's recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures while handling and preparing food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Attend training sessions and participate in certifications as required
