Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior 1-2 years of experience in a similar culinary role preferred
  • Ability to work varied schedules including days, weekends, holidays, and game days
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Lancaster County Food Handler Certification
  • Physical ability to lift or carry items up to 100 lbs
  • Good hearing and vision to observe food preparation and detect emergencies
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and standard recipes
  • Must be professionally well-groomed and courteous at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Prior 1-2 years of relatable culinary experience preferred
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Ability to work varied schedules including days, weekends, holidays, and game days
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Lancaster County Food Handler Certification
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Basic mathematical skills to understand recipes and service levels
  • Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
  • Physical ability to lift or move items weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Good hearing and visual ability to observe food preparation and emergency signs

Job Duties

  • Maintain and set up food production and quality control for meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items
  • Prepare station-specific food items according to standard recipes or guest specifications to ensure consistency and visual appeal
  • Check and control proper storage of products and portion sizes
  • Keep refrigeration, storage, and working areas clean, sanitized, and compliant with Health Department regulations
  • Set up and break down food station and complete necessary advance food preparation
  • Ensure coolers are cleaned, organized, and locked after work is finished
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as requested or assigned
