Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a cafeteria setting
- Valid food handler's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass background checks including criminal, drug screen, physical, TB test
- Ability to pass child abuse central registry search

Job Duties
- Prepare healthy and tasty food in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local, and National School Lunch and Breakfast Program guidelines
- Perform food preparation and cooking duties
- Maintain kitchen, dining room, storage areas, outside spaces, garbage areas, and loading docks in a clean and sanitary condition
- Maintain daily and monthly inventory logs of all supplies, materials, and equipment
- Ensure all items are properly accounted for
- Maintain materials safety data sheets as needed
