- food handlers card for applicable states

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line working all stations
- food handlers card for applicable states (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- basic English communication skills
- Spanish communication skills a plus
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- manage assigned cooking stations including set up and stocking
- cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- ensure use of fresh, high-quality ingredients
- follow proper recipe display and adherence
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and tools
- observe food safety and proper use of PPE
- communicate product, equipment, or safety concerns to chef team
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment maintenance
- maintain organized workstation
- focus on guest satisfaction and multitasking
- communicate in English with Spanish as a plus
- work cooperatively as a trusting, passionate, and humble team player
- build lasting relationships with trust and respect
- contribute to creating a fun work environment
