- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience or education in quantity food preparation
- ability to work various hours and locations
- physical ability to bend, squat, stand, and walk for long periods
- current Food Handler's Certificate or Card

- ability to prepare and coordinate food orders efficiently
- demonstrated knowledge of food and food products
- ability to work various hours and locations

Job Duties
- Prepares hot and cold menu items following standardized recipes
- ensures food meets appearance, taste, temperature, and portion control standards
- performs meat fabrication, fish cutting, and sauce making
- follows standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
- maintains clean and sanitary workstations and equipment
- prepares food items for cooking and follows proper plate presentation
- assists team members and participates in meetings for process improvements
- performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
