Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience or education in quantity food preparation
  • ability to work various hours and locations
  • physical ability to bend, squat, stand, and walk for long periods
  • current Food Handler's Certificate or Card

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience or education in quantity food preparation
  • ability to prepare and coordinate food orders efficiently
  • demonstrated knowledge of food and food products
  • ability to work various hours and locations
  • physical ability to bend, squat, stand, and walk for long periods
  • current Food Handler's Certificate or Card

Job Duties

  • Prepares hot and cold menu items following standardized recipes
  • ensures food meets appearance, taste, temperature, and portion control standards
  • performs meat fabrication, fish cutting, and sauce making
  • follows standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
  • maintains clean and sanitary workstations and equipment
  • prepares food items for cooking and follows proper plate presentation
  • assists team members and participates in meetings for process improvements
  • performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
