Job Requirements
- knowledge of fundamental principles and procedures of food preparation
- ability to prepare a minimum of 200 covers in 8 hours
- familiarity with standard recipes
- adherence to hotel, franchise, and ZMC Hotels standards
- knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working habits
- completion of food handlers course as required by county
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- ability to communicate well with Kitchen Manager and co-workers
- flexibility and adaptability to job changes
- ability to treat everyone with dignity and respect
- confidentiality regarding business functions of the company
Job Qualifications
- highly organized
- ability to work majority of the shift standing, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds

Job Duties
- produce food products according to hotel and ZMC Hotels standards
- practice safe and sanitary work habits
- keep work station clean and organized
- prepare a minimum of 200 covers in an 8 hour shift

- follow standard recipes strictly
- communicate effectively with Kitchen Manager and co-workers
- comply with OSHA requirements
- attend food handlers course as mandated by county
- complete tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and General Manager
- perform all duties in a safe manner
- be flexible and adaptable to job changes
- treat everyone with dignity and respect
- maintain confidentiality of company business information
