Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate about job-related needs
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts Monday through Sunday

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in culinary arts or related field
  • Experience in hotel kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for guests
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
