Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or older based on state and local requirement
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat from equipment and kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- Competently operate grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
