Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior cooking experience preferred
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Availability to work full-time hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant, or similar institution preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and hospitality-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in menu planning and food inventory management
- Collaborate with culinary team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Provide friendly and courteous service to residents and guests
- Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies
