- Ability to follow written menus and recipes accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols in food handling
- Understanding of therapeutic diets
- Ability to minimize food waste
- Ability to work according to meal schedules

Job Duties
- Responsible for safety handling and preparing appetizing and palatable food
- Follows written menus and recipes and is able to understand and follow menu extensions
- Understand therapeutic diets and serves them as per physician's orders
- Follows menus and recipes avoiding food waste and serve food according to meal schedules
