Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a prep or line cook
- Must hold DOH accreditation or Safe Serve certification
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Contributes positively to the team environment
- Understands and complies with standard portion sizes and cooking methods
- Prepares, cooks and assembles food following recipes and special diet orders
- Works with front of house to ensure accurate and timely food orders
- Preps ingredients for peak trade and meets 10-minute ticket times
- Communicates with teammates to enhance local satisfaction
- Stores food properly and marks dates
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Receives and unpacks kitchen and food deliveries
- Reports equipment or food quality issues to management
