Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Educate residents and team members about healthy food choices
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain the quality and presentation of meals
- Lift and carry food supplies and kitchen equipment weighing up to 60 pounds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Provide positive and professional interaction with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
