Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
  • Educate residents and team members about healthy food choices
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain the quality and presentation of meals
  • Lift and carry food supplies and kitchen equipment weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Provide positive and professional interaction with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
