- Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift while standing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to follow instructions effectively

Job Duties
- Treat every guest as a guest in your own home
- Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
- Maintain backup supplies
- Preparing food items for the shift
- Preparing utensils, fryers and grill for shift
- Receiving orders from waitstaff on handwritten tickets or computerized system
- Memorize our menu
- Cooks must accurately prepare food orders as stated in training material
- Cooks must accurately plate food orders as stated in training material
- Cook food orders according to health and safety standards
- Handle multiple food orders at one time
- Monitor multiple food orders as new orders arrive
- Ensure each guest order has the correct food and sides
- Delivering food order to waitstaff in a timely manner
- Store all food properly
- Sanitize and clean work stations and utensils
- Assist other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
- Comply with health regulations
- Maintain regular cleaning standards and sanitation levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift while standing
- Expected to work in an efficient manner and be a self-starter
- Retain self-composure
- Possess a sense of urgency and timing
- Must be willing and able to follow instructions
- Must have the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Be willing to work unpredictable hours to meet work demands or fill in for staff
- Maintain an atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or poor work performance
- Dress and act professionally each day
