Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- capability to remain stationary and have mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- ability to use small tools and equipment with finger and hand dexterity
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively as part of a team
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- adhere to health and safety regulations including wearing protective gear
- lift and carry kitchen equipment safely up to 50 pounds
- work in a fast-paced, hot and damp environment
- follow proper hand washing and disinfecting protocols
